Jurisdiction Spotlight
The JCCL contains a Jurisdiction Spotlight section which highlights recent developments in a chosen Commonwealth jurisdiction, contains a diagram of that jurisdiction’s criminal court structure, and provides information on the steps that need to be taken by foreign lawyers who wish to practice there.
The inaugural issue contains a Jurisdiction Spotlight on Australia, which was written by Saskia Hufnagel, a Research Fellow at the ARC Centre of Excellence in Policing and Security (Griffith University).
